In todays world you find technology changes to larger extent sms,mails,video skype,website,video chating during mails.When u identified a hospital you need to enquire their website,or tel the hospital management to mail the pics of hospital and also infrastructure as attachment.Job seeker (doctors) dont waste time by visiting hospital by travelling long distance,its just waste of time.Let the hospital management put terms and conditions (which was agreed) through mail.if u join with out confirmation or in black white many problems would arise after your joining.No verbal promises everything through mail, coz mail is very strong in terms of legality.A word of caution some hospitals look colourful and big name but dont get trapped reason financial mess.
